Default Discouraged

I am a little bit discouraged at this point, but I have never known how to quit in life. I will keep lifting and keep dieting until I find a way to achieve my goals. I have been on the program for about a month now and I am concerned about the inconsistency of my weight. I started out at 118, and sometimes I weigh in at 124 at my highest. However, sometimes I still weigh in as low as 119! I am very discouraged about my progress and I am a little bit confused as well. Help!
