age limit? I started the program a few weeks ago and i have a younger brother who will be 15 in august and he of course is the same body type as me(tall and skinny). i play college basketball and he he plays basketball also. he wants to start lifting with me, and he needs to start lifting i think, but i have also heard stuff like lifting too early can stunt your growth? he isnt going to follow the program to perfection because i think that it might be a little too strenuous on him since he is so young, but i am no expert yet so my question is, is he too young to start lifting seriously or not? |
