Default How do I incorporate the ROB Concept into 'HIT' ('High-Intensity Training')?

QUESTION:

Hi there.

Rob, I read your article on the ROB concept. GREAT read. I like the fact that you don't push one theory over another and that you do indeed realize that genetics and other factors play a HUGE role in the way one builds muscle.

It seems I already employ parts of your theory into my volume sessions as i rest only briefly, 30-60 seconds between sets. I don't know how I would employ this in my HIT routine months as i only do 1 set each exercise til failure, maybe between exercises make the rest shorter?
