Wouldn't Trade 40 For Anything...

I began the program on January 4, 2006. It's been a terrific journey and it amazes me that I've made the changes I've made. The looks from family, friends, and strangers took a while to sink in let alone believe, but I realized the hard work paid off...the consistency, the eating properly, the dedication to the supplements (and knowing why and when I was taking them).

Best of all, I'm motivated to raise the bar higher now and have made some sort of shift to 'I wonder if I could...' to '...this is who I am and how I live.'

Very good stuff.

I've posted Before and After photos in that section and would love feedback as I continue on.
