Default Snow Shoveling Resistance Training!?

Hey, guys, I thought I may have moved on from here, but I have a crazy idea I daydreamed about while shoveling, and I just had to share it: combining it with resistance training! Obviously, it isn't ideal for results compared to typical weight training, but it does save a lot of time because I have to shovel anyway. Basically what I do is squat to work the lower body, stand up while picking up the snow, and throwing it straight forward to work the chest (I almost gave up on the chest, but I eventually realized I could indeed throw it.). And I switch-off from time to time from righty to lefty. One drawback is these are a million one-rep sets, but it's only very minimal rest intervals. But an additional benefit is that one can mimimize excess stress on the back by doing this, not that it doesn't work the back. Any thoughts?
