I need calves I have been following Anthony's workout for almost 2 cycles now. My calves have hardly grown. Does anybody have any suggestions to get my calves growing? I have read that you should change up the exercises every single workout. Anthony's program is all about progession but do calves need progression every single week?
I was thinking about trying some low rep, heavy weight standing calf raises for 3 weeks and then the next 3 weeks trying some high rep standing calf raises. The next 3 weeks maybe some leg press calf raises. Anthony doesn't include any soleous work either. I have read that you need to work both parts of the calf in order to see full development. They even say that you should work the front of the calf.
Is it ok to change up your calf routine every single week or should i stick to changing them up at the most every 3 weeks or so?
