Hi! I am doing Anthonys program irregular for over one year now. Sometimes I train some weeks in a row, and then I am maybe 2 weeks to 3 months off. I did the heavy eccentric routine for the first 9 months and then did 2 weeks of 10x10, then I went on with the heavy weight routine. In the whole period, I trained maybe 20 weeks.
My weight varied from 68 kg to 75 kg (3 times down at 68kg, and 2times up to 75kg). I used to have a 2800cal diet in training weeks (with supplements: whey, maltodextrin, glutamin, minerals and multivitamin and vitamin C)
I have my final exams in high school soon. So there will be more time to concentrate on becoming a REAL MAN

I want to show discipline and make no compromises for at least 26 weeks. I am so extremely fu**ed up of being skinny! You guys know! I hate to see in the mirror an see this skinny bones that are supposed to be mine

I can not wait to mass again!
Now... I did not workout for the last 10 weeks. Where should I start again? Go on with the heavy weight training, to avoid plateus or do it from the beginning agian?
