Default Stiff-Legged Deadlifts Problem

Hi All.
I am on my second week of the mass program and things are looking good, however, I just can't seem to figure out this Stiff-Legged Deadlift stuff. I have read over the exercise a couple of times, but I must not be getting something. Here's the scenario:
Note, I am using lifting straps for this exercise.
I usually do my 2 warm up of 8 reps with 115lbs.
From here I can not find a suitable weight for my 4 work sets. I can easily do 12-15 reps at 155lbs, i can do about 10 reps at 175, and so on..... Finding a weight to really feel a good burn like I do when doing squats, bench press, etc seems impossible. Holding 200+ lbs with lifting straps doesn't really work either (my arms feel like they're being ripped out). It doesn't feel like I am working the muscles all that intensely. I tried slowing down the eccentric motion but that only helped a little.

Anyone else have this problem?
