My second meal is a smoothie I can drink on my way to classes. After the protein shake post workout and with the stressed time to fit the meals in, it's my best option. Plus I think it's a fun option

I didnt include supplements. But on my fourth week of the program I FINALLY came up with a diet I think I can be happy with. I still have too much protein, but I'm at 18 cal/lb off of my LBM. So I figure if I did the all out mass gain I'd have to take in a bit more

So it's all good, right.....
