HOW TO PUT HTML PAGES INTO YOUR POST: READ

A lot of ppl would like to know how to put HTML pages INTO their posts, like results, diets etc - so heres how!

Maybe one of the mods could make this a sticky for a while??

THe easiest way is to use a program called 'HTML Shrinker Light'
(light is the free version)

Download the program here, and install it.

Once you have exported your HTML file from the program tracker, open 'Html Shrinker Light'

There is a directory box on the left to search for your HTML file.

THen under the options or 'RULES', go to the 'HTML' tab
and check all the boxes 'to be removed'

THen under the 'RULES' tab, have 'NB Spaces 1' also selected

THen you can hit the shrink button - and it will ask to save over itself, or create a new 'shrinked' file (create a new one the first time you use it incase)

THEN FINALLY
Open up the new shrunken html page in explorer/netscape, and go 'View|Source' or the equivilent to view the source code.
It should be all crammed together, then you just copy and paste that source into your post - done!
