Credits: 246 | I have only been on the program for four days, but I get hungry between every meal and I'm eating the recommended calories for my weight. I read some other posts that said if you feel hungry inbetween meals you should add 200-400 calories. My question is, what is something you guys would suggest for adding 400 calories. (Please do not say bananas, I eat many a day already) |
