Supplement Stacks are simply a group of supplements taken a specific times. Some supplements need to be taken a certain times, so stacks simply group supplements together that will be taken at similar times.
Now, what your stack contains will be determined by which supplements you use. If you use all of the recommended supplements, your stacks will look similar to those on the diet sheets in each workbook. If you only use a few supplements, then just cross out the ones you aren’t using, but keep the stack times the same.
