Will doing more exercises on that given day benefit or hurt my muscle growth?

Did you read the section on mass training? Yes, it will. Do not add any other exercises. The program works, just give it a chance. I know you are eager, but doing more exercises will not help. If you want to do more of something, then get more rest. This will help you much more than adding exercises. :dont-think-so
