Credits: 314 | A couple quick searches on the forums did not return the results I was looking for... I'm interested in reading about the direct effects of eating simple sugars (like from soda) and saturated fat on muscle building. I've heard that drinking sodas is bad for muscle building. I want to know why. I've also heard you should avoid saturated and trans fats. Again, I'd like to know more about why. I'm hoping someone can recommend a good sports nutrition book or web links. Or maybe you can think of some Forum posts that I missed. Thanks! |
