| Skinny Guy Coach ![]() ![]() | For those interested, I just had a successful fat loss using mostly HIIT. I just have to say that I LOVE using this training! My VO2 max is incredible and at 28 years old, I'd increased my max heart rate to 207, which is 15 per minute higher than the estimated value (using 220 - your age as the method). Any other members use this method? If anybody has questions or comments, feel free to post them. |
