Credits: -3,162 | 3600 meal plan Meal A 2 soy protein 1 designer protein 1.5 bananas 2tbsp flax oil 1 cup corn Meal B 6 egg whites 2 green apples 1/2 CUP cottage cheese Meal C 4 oz chicken 1 scoop isopure 3 corn tortilla 1 green apple Meal D 2 soy protein 2 designer protein 2 tbsp flax oil 4 slices of wheat bread 1 cup corn Meal E 4 oz chicken 1 scoop isopure 1 corn tortilla Meal F 2 soy protein 2 designer protein 2 tbsp flax Does this seem like to much flax oil to anyone? Do you guys know of any way I can get less flax oil in here? |
