Credits: 0 | Okay, I'm officially starting. Here is my new fat loss meal plan. I will be doing cardio in the AM before my first meal. For weight training days, I will do it in the PM and just add an ultra fuel for post workout. Please let me know what you think. Critiques, advice, complaints, and cruelty is accepted. Meal A Post workout 3 large whole eggs .5 banana 1tsp glutamine 2.0 slices of wheat bread 497-28.5-60.5-16-11 Meal B .5 cup brown rice .25 oz cashews 3.00 tuna 1stp glutamin powder 239-22.50-25-5-5.25 Meal C 3.00 tuna 1 banana 195-20.50-27-0.75-3 Meal D .25 oz cashews 1 scoop mega whey 1 multi vitamin 150-26-3.50-3.75-0.25 Meal E 3 large whole eggs (hardboiled) 1tsp glutamine powder .5 banana 277.5-18.5-16.5-15-1.50 Meal F 1 tbsp flaxseed oil 1tsp glutamine 1 cup broccoli 8 oz, chicken breast 280-64-5-22-9 Totals=1795-183.00-137.50-62.5-30.50 Goal= 1836-183.60-137.70-61.2-25 (Edited after some critiques) |
