Default Fat loss meal plan

Hello. Please critique my MP

This does not include vitamin supplements because it's a work in progress and I'll add them in last. Right now I just wanna make sure I get everything else nailed down.

My weight lifting workouts are either 6-7pm or 7-8pm, making my post workout meal on lifting days around 9pm with sleep around 10pm. My biggest concern was using the Ultra Fuel so late at night. I own a stationary bike so early morning cardio is ok but early morning lifting is not an option, sadly.
