Credits: 237 | Well, after scaling up thismorning, I realised the last few weeks and a few factors have taken their toll, my BF is actually closet to 17% not 15. And i was going to do fatloss around 3500 cals but i cant make up that many cals with low carbs, and i dont think ive got that much to lose strength wise, so im just gonna jump onto a 2000cals diet. This aint that great but its the best i can do for now without buying a load of expensive prot bars.
