10X10 program !

Hey guys,

Haven't been here for a while. I've actually been on a break.

Anyways I'm about to restart and now I guess is the beginning of the 10X10 program since it is technically week 7 ON THE DIET (not necessarily the period of time).
I'm actually away from my computer and I'm using a computer that cannot download and install the program manuals.

Can someone please post the 10X10 workout (week 7) in the manual for the biceps and back? Can you also post the tempo, rest period lengths, preworkouts, supersets, etc? Also any pointers you'd like to give me works too !

Thanks !

Could you tell me the best way to prepare it health wise?

I absolutely hate eating the same foods day in and day out and find it hard to follow Anthony's supplied diet. For example his first meal of the day for people that work out in the evening is chicken and rice for breakfast and then again for lunch. I am trying to restructure my diet but would find out hard to eat chicken 2 times a day every day. I need to eat some type of breakfast food when i first wake up.

This isn't exact but could someone critique this mass gain diet:

Breakfast: 4 eggs, oatmeal, orange juice, whole wheat bread
snack: protein drink consisting of whey, casein, egg protein, 1 piece of fruit
lunch: chicken or tuna or red meat and rice or steamed vegetable
snack: (pre workout): whey protien drink and oatmeal
workout: 6:15pm -7:20 (take post workout drink)
dinner: chicken or fish or red meat and vegetable
snack: casein protein shake

(Note) I use 2% milk for my protein shakes. Should i use water instead? I am looking to get in the extra calories but i am not sure if before bed if milk is really that bad.

I use dextrose with a little bit of protein powder and a small amount of kool-aid, but my wife says it's too sweet. Does that bother anybody else? If so, what did you do to keep it from being so sweet (aside from diluting it to the point where it's too much to drink ;))
