question about protein/carb intake Is it okay if i take 80-90 grams of carbs in one sitting?
My mass meal plan is based on the 3000k(227g protein/205g carbs/101g fat)
Non-Workout Day:
template: protein/carbs/fat
1st: 45g/40g/35g
2nd: 45g/90g/5g
3rd: 30g/20g/5g
4th: 30g/40g/5g
5th: 37g/15g/48g
6th: 40g/0/0
Is it okay if i ingest 90g of carbs at lunch time?? Its all whole wheat pasta+pasta sause.
Another off-topic question is the chicken breasts I get from the local grocery store says 22g protein/4 ounces. Yet anthony's book says 40 g protein/5 ounces!! I checked some sites online and it says about 4 ounces of chicken is about 27g protein...
So which one do i follow?? The grocery store one right? :[
