Eating WAY too much fibre Hey guys, so I increased my calories about 3-4 days ago and realize that I am taking way too much fibre. How do I know? Well, I'll leave that up to your imagination. I took a look at my diet and it seems that my diet of whole wheat macaroni, oats, apples, and frozen veggies have placed me above the recommended 25 grams of fibre a day. I can't even keep off the toilet. I was wondering how you guys dealt with this. Did you guys go to more processed carb sources like white pasta and rice? I know its not recommended, but really, eating too much fibre isn't helping me with my nutrient intake either. Should I switch to white pasta instead of the whole wheat macaroni? I'm just afraid that switching to white pasta will greatly increase the fat gain aspect of massing.
