Default Udo's substitution!

Hey guys, I'm trying to substitute flaxseed/Udo's oil on my mass program with nuts. I'm using the original 2200 calorie diet from the mass work out book. The Flaxseed/Udo's I have to take is 1.5tbsp, which is 198 calories, 0 protein, 0 carbs, and 21 fat. I believe that equates to 7oz of mixed dry roasted nuts, which amounts to 198.45 calories, 34.33 of protein, 50.31 carbs; and fatty acid, total saturated - 13.691 g, fatty acid, total monounsaturated - 62.303 g, fatty acid, total polyunsaturated - 21.369 g.

Is this the right substitution? Thanks!
