How much Omega 3 do you guys take every day I came to the point that in which I actually like most of my meals, and look forward to all of them too. There is just one meal that I never liked and always dreaded. My morning shake usually consists of: 1 banana, 1 cup milk, 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil, some whey protein, and some berries. My shakes are WAY to oiley. I have to chase my shake with grapes/whatever.
Anyways I am trying to fix this up so all my meals taste good. HOw much flaxseed oil is most beneficial to us on this program daily? I have TONS of other fat sources including cashews, sunflower seeds, eggs, and this guacamole mix I made with peppers(yum).
I was wondering if I can take 2 tbs of flaxseed oil instead of 3 tbs in the morning. I WILL be loosing a lot of omega 3, but I am 100% sure i can make up the fat calories eating other food.
I am also considering in purchasing some omega 3 pills to get some more omega 3 in. Two tablespoons in my shake is totally easy to handle daily.
