Credits: 5,000 | okay so here's what I eat during work.... * Muesli with Milk <--- Breakfast * 3 packs of nut & raisins * 2 large glasses of water * Campbell's Chunky Soup < --- Lunch * Nature Valley Granola Bar * Protien Bar * Yogurt Basically I need to find quick and easy ways to beef up during the 8+ hours I'm at work...I'm about 6,0 and 145lbs any suggestions would be greatly appreciated |
