Credits: 5,000 | well to this point i am following the meal plan pretty much exactly as it is laid out in the diet book for the 2400 calorie. I am wanting a substitute for Meal F/Stack D. Its well just nasty. 1/2 Whey Protein 1.5 tbsp. Flaxseed Oil 1 tsp. Glutamine i tried to add a little bit of vanilla, but it did a big fat NOTHING!!! So i was wondering if you could please give me some suggestions that i could use instead. Thanks again as always! |
