Default questions regarding meals

my question is on the gaining mass diet 30-40-30 at the 3400 calories, is "Meal A" a shake? if so what liquid should it be mixed with and how much, Silkmilk, Water, Ice etc...?

Also on the fat loss diet 40-30-30/1600, is the thermostack the ECA combo just under a different name? and that is to be taken on a non-weight day only?

This one is a multipart, how does one figure the LBM? Is this what is taken from the measurements that are on page 180 of the gaining mass book? That page talks about the body fat levels, is it the same thing? then on page 191 of the "Gaining Mass" book how does that relate to the chart. I am a little confused and just need some clarification. For instance should my wife and i look at the diet for the weight that we want to weigh?

Thanks for the help in advance.
