Credits: 100 | Hey everyone As most of you know I'm 15 years old and still in High School, and my school starts in three weeks, but I'm going to start off with the Fat Loss Workbook, because my fat% is 13% and I going to get it down to a 10%, and afterwards going to start bulking. My goal is to gain 30-35lbs of pure muscle before December. But the thing is that I only have 5 minute breaks inbetween classes, and I can't wolf down a whole meal in 5 minutes, I know I can take protein shakes and bars, but what about something for carbohydrates? I was condering Wazy Maize Starch, but I don't really know. Does anyone have suggestions. Here is how my class Shedual is going to be, to help out alittle: +1 hr Bus Ride to School 1st hr: 7:50--8:45 2nd hr: 8:50--9:45 3rd hr: 9:52--10:45 4th hr: 10:50--11:45 Lunch 11:45--12:15 5th hr: 12:22--1:15 6th hr: 1:20--2:15 7th hr: 2:20--3:15 +I hr Bus Ride home |
