Default Creating Customized Meal Plans

Creating your own diet or making substitutions to my existing diets does not have to be time consuming or confusing. Trust me, this is not difficult, or complicated -- unless you make it so.

Remember, each day, you are required to eat a certain amount of carbs, protein and fat.

All you have to do is:

1) Figure out which foods you will be eating to fill that requirement,

2) Determine how much of those foods you need to eat to get your requirements.

That's it. Each meal you eat will contain some form of protein, some carbs and some fat. All you have to do is fill in the blanks with your choice of protein, fat and carbs.

This is where many get confusing.
