| Inactive | Hey everyone Im following AEs program and am on the 1600 calorie fat loss diet. Im following it according to the workbook exactly as shown. After a week and a half Im kinda getting sick of the chicken. Can someone show me a substitue so im still taking the same amount of Calories, protein, carbs, and fat. The 3 shakes at meal A D and F are alright and convienant for me. But particularly the chicken on meal C and E are starting to get to me. I just need a little variety. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |
