Default 1600 calorie diet needs some variety..

Hey everyone Im following AEs program and am on the 1600 calorie fat loss diet. Im following it according to the workbook exactly as shown. After a week and a half Im kinda getting sick of the chicken. Can someone show me a substitue so im still taking the same amount of Calories, protein, carbs, and fat. The 3 shakes at meal A D and F are alright and convienant for me. But particularly the chicken on meal C and E are starting to get to me. I just need a little variety. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
