Default What is the actual Nutrition Info for Chicken!!!?

Alright, this is starting to piss me off. The nutrition info on the back of the frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts I buy says it contains what comes out to be 5.2g of protein and 28 calories per ounce. The serving size is given as 5 ounces. Now the packages does not specify if this is the info for the FROZEN, UNTHAWED RAW or COOKED chicken. According to the defualt values in the program tracker software and several sources online, COOKED boneless, skinless chicken breasts should have around 8.7 grams of protein and 46 calories per ounce. WTF??? To make things worse I did manage to find a few sites that listed the nutrition info as roughly the same as it says on my package of chicken.

I eat 12 ounces of chicken (cooked) every day, so this discrepancy makes a HUUUUGE difference in my diet. I'm really stressing about this quesiton now becaususe I don't know if i've been undereating this whole time due to misunderstanding a label or what.

Any thoughts our suggestions whould help out a ton.
