| Silver Member  |  Facial bloating on Creatine Monohydrate So, has anyone noticed that their face bloats up while on creatine? I feel the water retention on arms chest and back, but most noticeable is my face. Why does this happen? I thought Creatine was only supposed to cause water retention in the musculoskeletal section of the body. Though I guess there is muscles in the face. Anyone else had to deal with this?? |
