| It's not a toomahhh! Silver Member | Hey all, In AE's Workbook, it says to load on 25g a day for 5 days and then move on to maintenance doses. On the label of my cell-tech creatine, it says to load on 200g a day! 2 servings a day at 100g each which would be a total of 4 full scoops with the included scooper, as opposed to the 5 heaping teaspoons described in GM workbook. What's the deal here? Should I be loading 25g a day or 200g a day? Thanks. |
