What can i mix CREATINE powder with, to INCREASE absorbtion ? (a sugar dextrose?) I have powdered creatine, and am starting the 5 times a day, for '5 days' creatine LOAD UP STAGE.
I heard that this powdered creatine mixed with a buffer/sugar dextrose helps absorbsion, and that the majority of powdered creatine does not get absorbed in the stomach.
I have just ordered the Creatine Dextrose "EAS Phosphagen HP" - but it will arrive in 12 days... I want to LOAD up 5 a day any day now..... but all i have is powder!
Has anybody had this problem,and mixed the powdered creatine with something?
So what can i MIX my powder creatine with? so it acts as a buffer and more of it gets absorbed in my stomach ? (sugar, or anything? ) |
