Credits: -679 | hi anthony, don't u think it's a good idea to include creatine in the faq? i have a couple of questions about creatine myself... i searched through the message board, and found a lot of conflicting stuff. for example... some people said that u recommend grape or apple juice as the creatine transport. but u said somewhere that dextrose or maltodextrin is preferable. and how much carb should i actually use with 5 g of creatine? also about... should we account for the carb calories during the non-workout days? some people said, just mix it with the protein shake. i still want to use the creatine powder with the carb, coz i believe u said that it will increase the amount of creatine absorbed, rite? and correct me if i'm wrong, we should always get the creatine 30 minutes before our meal... rite? so... can anthony or anyone address these questions? and just put them in the creatine faq or something? i notice these questions have been asked over and over... but i think people are quite confused, because they keep hearing different answers. |
