Im thinking of trying creatine serum, just wanted to know if anyones had any experiences with it? I think i remember at least one person saying they had used it but i couldnt find the post. I want to use it because im finding the maintenance doses a pain in the ar$e. I have missed god knows how many on non-workout days and i keep forgetting to take it with me to the gym. This guy at the gym said it was good (now i no what your all thinking but this guy knows what he's on about. He did the BFL challenge and gained 35lbs, hes also been in contact with several of the origional winners. So.. opinions anyone?

A couple more things, i want to increase my sleeping hours from 6 to 10 because i am finding i am constantly tired which is obviously not helping. My question is, can i go 10 hours without eating or should i sleep for 2, get up and have a meal then sleep for 8 more? im not sure what to do.. help? ???
