No appreciable weight gain after Creatine loading ? I'm now nearing the end of my first week of taking Creatine as part of my Mass Diet (exluding the 5 days prior, when I 'loaded').
However, I've seen no apprecable mass gain as a result. I'd expected the 'bulking'/water retention effects of creatine to have meant I'd have put on several pounds (admittedly through water retention rather than LBM).
Is this normal or have I got a 'bad' batch of Creatine ? If I can see no weight gain, does this also mean its likely to have little effect on my muscle glycogen levels and hence my weight raining results ? |
