1) PLAN Your meals. If you prepare meals only when you feel like it, inevitably you'll run out and end up eating whatever.
2) LOG your workouts. How on earth can you push yourself if you don't even know what kind of iron you pressed last week? If you aren't progressing, change the exercise.
