Getting psyched to go keto

Bacon & Egg Ice Cream... mmm bacon

Ok, the last couple of months I've been side tracked from my goal of finding the optimal recipe for MRP ice cream.

While doing a bit more experimentation this weekend I made some standard egg custard ice cream, but instead of putting in a lot of sugar I left out quite a bit of it.

What resulted was something that reminded me of a scrambled egg milkshake... actually it didn't taste all that bad, just a tad too sweet and missing something...

Hmmm let me see.......

Where to go from here ??

Hi Guys , I am pretty new to weight Gaining / Training . I have been traveling for a few years and haven't been able to establish a routine for long enough to really get serious about putting on some lbs . However I have been training the last ten weeks or so and loosely following AE s Gaining Mass program. When I started I weighed in at 72 kilos which is about 158lbs and am currently 76 kilos (167 lbs) . I am quiet happy with my few new lbs as I feel I have only been getting familar with the program...

Peace Everyone!
Including my fitness goal of putting on weight and being able to lift more, and looking more physically fit, I am also a performing/recording artist. And tonight I'm trying to achieve an almost impossible goal by getting 1500 votes in 3 hours.
