Ok, the last couple of months I've been side tracked from my goal of finding the optimal recipe for MRP ice cream.

While doing a bit more experimentation this weekend I made some standard egg custard ice cream, but instead of putting in a lot of sugar I left out quite a bit of it.

What resulted was something that reminded me of a scrambled egg milkshake... actually it didn't taste all that bad, just a tad too sweet and missing something...

First there are the supps that I actually use daily, then add onto that supps that I'm testing out.

Then add onto that supps that people give me to try, etc...

Ok, for the past couple of weeks I have been experimenting with creating a healthy ice cream.

The problem with ice cream as I see it is really that it's just got too much sugar and not enough protein. Sure there's a lot of fat, BUT fat is really not our enemy as long as the sugar is in check.

So, I began testing out a way to add more protein to ice cream and eliminate the sugar.
