Finally, others feel my pain of getting ripped off!

I've been suffering silently for years.
My sites are probably some of the most ripped-off fitness websites online today.
I can understand that people use my site as a template to create their own website & products.
But some don't even bother to create their own...They just copy my site, change the name and then run with it.
That is an extreme case and has happened several times. The last was by a doctor no less. When I confronted him, he stated that he just didn't have time to create his own site.
WTF?
Less bold individuals simply copy bits of my text, my many catchy quotes
, testimonials and even my images directly for use in their own marketing and web material.
Well finally, after all these years of thinking I was alone, I see that others are experiencing the same pain of having their hard work & sweat just flat out stolen.

It's bad enough that suddenly these guys claim to be "experts" right out of the box, but they can't even create there own material.
This just plain sucks.

| | Wow... Two Points I Took Away from the 7 Page Post: 1) Don't outsource the really important stuff to people you don't know 2) Never ever bash your customer base. Word of mouth marketing is priceless. If just one person goes around telling people not to buy your junk because of a really bad experience, it could cost you thousands. Anthony... thanks for pointing this out. |
