| Silver Member | Just wondering can protein in our vegetables and whole grain foods (i.e. oats, rice) be used as part of our calorie count in our diet? A lot of them contain decent amount of protein. I'm going to be starting fat loss soon which I haven't done really so far so just drafting out my diet sheets. I never knew diet was so restrictive on fat loss!! |
