Default dumbbell curls to failure then supersets

when i do the dumbbell curls to failure, lets say the first set i do 25 pounds on each hands and go to failure. does that mean for set 2 and 3 i should increase the weight to like 30 then 35 etc. and then for multiple supersets, do i get 3 min in between supersets or how does that work?
