Credits: 100 | I witness numerous people at the gym and read workout programs (even the ectomorph programs from BB.com) that recommend a 20 minute cardio after a workout session to maintain a minimal amount of fat gains during a high caloric mass gain. Without getting into the negative aspects of cardio during a mass, as well as the already struggling state of an ecto; does anyone have experience with adding short cardio after a workout and have seen a significant amount of muscle increase?? I dont have any plans of adding any cardio just curious on this topic. |
