Pop belly, but skinny body! Hi Guys, I was after a bit of advice.
I'm 20 years old, 6ft1 and weight 12 stone, i'm about to start weight training again, however i havent done any exercise for the last 3 months as have been very busy with university exams and work.
Yet i have been eating lots of food in order to increase my appetite for when i started back at the gym, as i result of this i know have a pop belly, but i am still skinny.
My question is should i reduce calories in order to reduce my stomach? or should i carry on eating roughly 2,650 calories a day? shoul di increase cardio?
I am worried that if i start eating more than i never lose this belly, but then the other half of me says that if you don't eat more, then you won't gain mass!
