Unhappy Family Man on this 28week Program???

I just want to know how do you guys able micromanage this program if your married with a toddler. As for me i find it difficult and being able to focus on it. For example, i would take my wife and kid out to eat to Cheesecake Factory or PF Changs etc, and i would not order anything, i would just sit there and drink my protein shake. Or going on vacation for a couple of days, how do you continue to eat your diet over there, yeah u can drink the shakes but what about the other 3 meals. You would have to go out and shop for the exact food you bought back home and prepare them, thats if they sell them over there. And then trying to measure yourself and plan out your day without getting interupted or sidetraked all the time, being married with a kid which is why i say is hard to stay focused on the program. Right now it just seems overwhelming at times, i was wondering does everyone really stick to the eat every 3 hr diet rule, eating the same food for 6 months, Day in and day out??
