Credits: 8,366 | Hey y'all, I'm VERY proud to say that I've made it 27 weeks without one break in the program! (Well, I'm counting the 2 week break as part of staying with the program). I'm starting week 28 (second week of second 2-week break) and approaching week my re-start. Now what? Do I restart the workout program from week 1 again? Just cycle through it all over and over until I reach the results I want? If so, can I buy another spiral bound book like I bought a long time ago or is printing it out the only option now? In case anyone's wondering, I have seen improvements and I've only gotten bigger, but it's VERY slow going, it seems. I'm not going at the speed of Anthony or any Body For Life candidate/contest winner. But I've gained 10-15 pounds in 26 weeks. I'm very proud and can see the small difference. (I say small because I'm 6'3", so it doesn't show as much). I'm thrilled to get this far and cannot wait to start again, but I was curious to see what others did at this stage! Any comments, words of wisdom, etc. welcome! |
