Credits: 5,000 | i do my workouts around mid-day then have my supplements but in the evening i do a bit of running and i know i have to make up for the calories that i burn wen i run, which i keep track of using a heart moniter connect to my watch. the thing is do i have to take more supplements after i have done the run or do i just have a carb drink or wat i am so confused. |
