Credits: 5,000 | Hey guys, I'm running low on ideas for low carb foods. Brown rice is ok but 1 cup has only 35 g. That's too little. I have oatmeal, I have 2 bananas a day, but I need more. I need something with little portion but high amounts. Is honey something I can use? It's all sugar. What else could I take in? Thanks ! |
