Default Not sore and no chest?

Hi guys,
I lift as much as possible when heavy lifting, but I don't seem to get much soreness afterward. The only time I get pretty sore is during the first week after returning from a few weeks off of heavy lifting (especially legs). I continue to lift as much as I can, but I'm just not very sore. To me that says I'm not growing (and I can SEE that I'm not growing much). What gives??

My chest/pecs are particularly difficult to grow. Just like we all do, I want a much bigger chest but just can't seem to get it. I think I need a different workout than the one prescribed by AE. It pushes me to my maximums, but doesn't spur much growth. Anyone have a good chest routine?
